1. General provisions
This Policy defines how personal data of visitors to sphereenergy.solar (the "Site"), owned by Sphere Energy LLC, EDRPOU code 42372277 (the "Company"), is processed and protected. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What data we collect
Through the Site's contact form we receive: name, email address, phone number (optional), and the message text. With your consent, anonymised visit data (pages, session duration, device and browser type) is collected automatically via Google Analytics.
3. Purpose of processing
Contact form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Analytics data is used to improve the Site. We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
4. Cookies
The Site uses strictly necessary cookies (language preferences and your consent choice) and, only after you click "Accept" in the consent banner, Google Analytics cookies. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and the tracker is not loaded (Google Consent Mode).
5. Retention and protection
Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, but no longer than 3 years. Only authorised Company employees have access to the data. Technical and organisational measures protect against unauthorised access.
6. Your rights
